We hope you love your Les Gems piece — but should you wish to return it, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to let us know.

To start a return, email us at info@lesgems.nl within the 14-day window. Once we receive your request, we’ll share further instructions. Please ensure the item is shipped without unreasonable delay after your notice of return.

A few important notes:
– Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
– Be sure to pack your return securely — you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
– Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returns from outside the EU

If you're returning from outside the EU, please contact us to receive a commercial invoice. This must be included in your parcel to avoid customs issues or the return being sent back to you.
